Can I return my order and get a refund?
All Sales Are Final.

Can I pick up my item in person?
Students at High Point University in North Carolina can choose to pick up their items from one of our on-campus brand ambassadors. If you select Local Pickup, you will be contacted our student ambassador to ensure your product is delivered to you, free of charge.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Your Item must be returned within 24 hours of delivery and will be inspected upon its return before exchanging sizes.

Can I track my order status?
Yes. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
